ORDERING
PLACING AN ORDER
Please make sure the following items are correct when placing an order:
- Correct Size
- Correct Address (including Apt/Suite #)
- Correct Email
- Proper Punctuation
Incorrect information entered may result in delayed shipment. Email our team and we will do our best to assist you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be shipped delivery duties unpaid. The customer is responsible for all customs and duties upon delivery.
Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.
MISSING ITEMS IN ORDER?
We ship our products from separate warehouses; therefore some items may arrive sooner than other items in your order. If you have not received your items within the delivery period, please email our team and we can correct this.
DELIVERY
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Fulfillment times are around 3–7 days, after which the order is shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● EUROPE: 6–8 business days
● AUSTRALIA: 2–14 business days
● JAPAN: 4–8 business days
● INTERNATIONAL: 10–20 business days
RETURNS/REFUNDS
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We do! Customers who receive incorrect or damaged orders are eligible for refunds. Please send us a brief description and photos of the incorrect/damaged order to our Support Team at support@profoundunknown.com so we can help you out with that.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We currently do not allow returns and exchanges at this time. Please make sure you thoroughly check the size, address, and other important details before placing your order.
